TeamTimePro Cloud Application License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms of use for the cloud application (“Application”) between TeamTimePro (“Licensor”) and the user (“User”).

1. Definitions

1.1. “Licensor” means TeamTimePro, a company registered in Germany.
1.2. “User” means any natural or legal person who installs and uses the Application.

2. License

2.1. Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application under this Agreement.
2.2. The license is limited to the User’s own use and may not be transferred or sublicensed to third parties.
2.3. All rights to the Application not expressly granted remain with the Licensor.

3. Terms of Use

3.1. The Application may only be used in accordance with this Agreement.
3.2. The User is responsible for providing the required technical setup (hardware, software, internet connection) at their own expense.
3.3. Use is at the User’s own risk.
3.4. The Licensor accepts no liability for use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3.5. The User must not use the Application for unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
3.6. The User must not use the Application to send spam, advertising, chain letters, or other unwanted messages.

4. Term and Termination

4.1. This Agreement takes effect upon installation and ends upon uninstallation of the Application.
4.2. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the User violates its terms.
4.3. Upon termination, the User must promptly remove the Application from all devices.

5. Data Protection

5.1. The Licensor complies with applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR.
5.2. The User’s personal data is processed solely to provide functionality and improve the Application. Data is shared only if legally required or necessary for contract performance.
5.3. The User has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing under applicable data protection law.
5.4. The User agrees that anonymized usage data may be collected to optimize the Application.

All notices or announcements under this Agreement must be in writing and sent to the address below.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
7.2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the Licensor’s registered office.

By installing and using the Application, the User agrees to the terms of this License Agreement.
